Established in 1987, Quants Surveying Services LLP is a privately-owned and dynamic quantity surveying practice, specialising in Building Services, Civil Engineering, and Demolition Contracts. Over the decades, we’ve grown into one of the most respected specialist M&E quantity surveying firms operating in London and the South East.

Employer – Canary Wharf Contractors Limited Main Contractor – Canary Wharf Contractors Limited Quants Client - Canary Wharf Contractors Limited Project Description - 1 Bank Street is a grade A commercial building comprising 3 levels of basements, with car parking spaces, storage, management offices and building plant space. Above the ground floor there are 3 trading floors, 6 office floors, 2 levels of plant with a further 13 office floors above. Quants Assignment – Cost management of shell & core electrical and specialist systems trade packages from initial procurement throughout to final account agreement. Client Contract Value - £32 Million.

Employer - All England Lawn Tennis Club Main Contractor - Sir Robert McAlpine Quants Client - Sir Robert McAlpine Project Description - Reconstruction and redevelopment of Court 1 to incorporate a new retractable roof and new hospitality lounges & boxes plus food and catering facilities. Quants Assignment- Provide Quantity Surveying duties to assist on procurement of main M & E subcontract packages. Project Value - £200 million.
